Hellenic Naval Academy observes since 2009 a Quality Assurance Policy, documented in a Quality Manual, monitored by its Quality Assurance Unit (QAU) and Accredited by the Hellenic Authority for Higher Education (HAHE).

HNA is committed to continuous improvement of its educational and research services, amelioration of the working environment, cultivation of skills and capabilities of its members of staff, focus on excellence, innovation and social contribution.

The Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS) of HNA sets out rules and procedures which are observed by annual Internal evaluation process leading to the external evaluation by the Hellenic Authority for Higher Education (HAHE) and the Accreditation it grants.

HNA holds a Certified IQAS by HAHE up to March 2025.
