The Hellenic Naval Academy, as a Higher Military Educational Institution (HMEI), may organize, either independently or in collaboration with other faculties (universities), Postgraduate and Doctoral Programs in the fields of Naval Science and Technology.

According to the legal framework governing HMEIs, these Programs are addressed to graduates of HMEIs and Universities both in Greece and abroad.

Doctoral programs are governed by the Doctoral Studies Regulation.

Since the Academic Year 2020–2021, the Hellenic Naval Academy, in collaboration with the University of Piraeus, offers the Inter-Institutional Postgraduate Program: “Marine Science and Technology Management”
