Life at the Naval Academy
A day at the Academy starts early in the morning. For five days a week the cadets follow an intensive routine of academic, athletic, naval and military education and training which is enriched with social, cultural and athletic events, such as visits to museums and exhibitions, balls, naval races and others. During the winter term the morning s are spent attending academic lessons and receiving naval training conducted in classrooms and laboratories while during the afternoons the cadets do infantry drills and sports, attend informative speeches, have recreation, do their assignments and study. During the summer term the Naval Cadets’ education evolves with life aboard a ship and the execution of practical naval exercises and drills.
